These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Governoble ("we," "us," or "our") through governoble.online, Stripe checkout pages, and any related platforms. By purchasing or using any Governoble product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Individual products or services may include additional terms in a product-specific addendum. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product addendum, the addendum controls for that product.
"Digital Products" means downloadable toolkits, templates, prompt packs, guides, HTML documents, and other digital files offered for one-time purchase. "Services" means ongoing or recurring services offered by Governoble, including managed operations, consulting, and subscription-based support. "Customer" or "you" means the individual or entity that purchases or uses a Governoble product or service. "Content" means all text, templates, prompts, guides, code, designs, HTML documents, and other materials included in Governoble products or delivered through Governoble services.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through governoble.online, Stripe checkout pages, or any other platform through which Governoble offers products or services. They apply to all use of Governoble Content, whether downloaded, accessed online, or delivered through connected HTML systems.
Digital Products are sold as one-time purchases with instant delivery. All sales are final upon delivery. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; price changes do not affect completed purchases.
Recurring Services include the scope, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms described in the applicable product addendum or service agreement. Services may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as specified at purchase.
Payment is processed through our designated payment provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We do not store your payment credentials.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Content for your personal or business purposes. This license is revocable if you violate these Terms.

Documents, SOPs, proposals, and other outputs you create using the Content are yours. Restrictions apply only to the original templates, prompts, and source materials — not to your completed work.
All Content is the original work of Governoble and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the Content; it does not transfer ownership.
The Governoble name, logo, and branding are the property of Governoble. You may not use our branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with subjective qualities such as style, formatting, or applicability. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Refund and cancellation terms for Services are specified in the applicable product addendum or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, Services may be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and validating any documents or processes created using the Content to ensure they are appropriate for your specific business needs and compliant with applicable laws.
Governoble products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding suitability, completeness, or accuracy of any Content.
Our products are business tools, not professional advice. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, HR, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We recommend consulting qualified professionals for legal, tax, employment, or regulatory matters.
Governoble does not guarantee any specific business outcome, financial result, operational improvement, or performance metric resulting from the use of our products or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Governoble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your product, such as your name, email address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider).
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may use your email to send purchase confirmations, product updates, and occasional announcements. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional communications.
For Services involving ongoing access to your business information, data handling practices will be described in the applicable service agreement.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to governoble.online or any digital delivery system. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We may suspend or terminate access to any product or service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Content. No refunds will be issued in cases of violation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
